This Travel Directory is provided for the convenience of our parents and students. It includes directions to all schools that Bradenton Christian will visit in the 2007-2008 sports season. Best efforts have been made to insure that all directions are as accurate as possible. When we are in season, please refer to the Schedules links to get specific times of events. Turn right on Recker Highway and go across railroad tracks. The road will Y, take the road to the right becoming Thornhill Road. The first stop light is SR 542. Go through this intersection and continue to the second stop light intersection (approximately 3 - 5 miles) which is SR 540 (Caution: There may be no signage here due to construction). Go left onto SR 540 and continue for about a mile or mile and 1/2. School is on the left side of the road with a large brick gated entrance.

Once you have taken Drew St. you will go ½ mile. Look for Eddie C. Moore Complex. Turn right into the complex. You are looking for fields 8 and 9. The first entrance to Eddie C. Moore are fields 1-7. Do not turn into those fields (located directly across from Calvary Christian).

If you are coming North or South on I-75 to Leesburg:
Exit I-75 at the Wildwood exit #329. This is Hwy. 44. Take Hwy. 44 East to Leesburg. You may see a sign indicating that you should turn right to follow Hwy 44 Truck route just before Leesburg. Do not turn here but continue straight on Main street (Hwy 44) through Leesburg. You will go approximately 13 miles to the intersection of Hwy. 44 and Hwy. 27. At this intersection continue straight across Hwy. 27 and stay on Hwy. 44. This is now Main St.
Continue on Main Street for about 3 miles. You will go through 4 or 5 stop lights and a 4 way stop. At the second 4 way stop you must turn right or left as straight ahead turns into a cul-de-sac dead end. Turn right on Sunnyside Drive. Go about ½ mile to the fork in the road. Take the left fork, this will be Sunnyside Drive. Go about 1 mile to Sleepy Hollow Road on your left. Turn left onto Sleepy Hollow and go ½ mile to Hollow Rd. Turn right at the brown sign for Sleepy Hollow Recreation Complex. The field will be at the bottom of the hill on your right for football and on the left side of the complex for softball.

ALTERNATE DIRECTIONS:
Take 43rd Street West to 53rd Avenue West. Turn left and go east to I-75 South. Follow I-75 south to Exit #40 (State Road 70). Turn left on SR 70 (east). Follow SR 70 until it intersects with US Highway 27 (50-60 miles). Turn right (south) on U.S. 27. Follow US 27 south for approximately 40 miles into Moore Haven. First light in Moore Haven will be 6th Street. Turn right on 6th Street and follow to school.
NOTE: Baseball Field will be just before 6th Street on the right. It will be visible from US 27.
