omecoming 2002:
That’s Entertainment
Dear Class Officers and
Sponsors:
Here
is the information concerning the activities for Homecoming. We appreciate all of your hard work and
cooperation during this time and hope it can be an enjoyable time for all
involved. If you have any questions
concerning the events, rules or expectations, please see Allie Eisner, your
class representative, or Mr. Cunard.
Sincerely,
BCS Student Council
Rules:
1. Class sponsors should approve all aspects of the class=s activities during homecoming and should be present as the class works on the events as much as possible (especially if they are working on campus). Any further questions on material should be directed to Mr. Cunard or Mr. van der Kooy.
2. The homecoming activities are designed to produce a fun and competitive atmosphere here at school. They are not designed to insight heated rivalries and bickering. Let=s build school spirit, not tear down relationships.
3. If there is a tie in any of the homecoming events, those classes will split the sum of the possible points between them.
4. Modesty and good taste are required on dress-up days.
5. The count for the dress-up days will be taken at random times during the day without any warning. So you should be dressed-up at all times. Each class with 90% participation will receive 25 points toward the competition for that day. Participation will be based on the student’s attire being different from their everyday clothes.

Activity B Class Skit

Explanation: Each
class is to prepare a humorous skit that is in good taste to present to the
student body in Wichers. This has been a source of problems and
controversy in the past, and we are trying to take steps to avoid these
pitfalls this year. We hope that the
videotaped approval will eliminate any confusion as to what is allowed on
stage. Requiring the completion of the
skit by Monday should eliminate any last minute Asneak-ins@ of questionable material. We want this to be a fun and entertaining
event and with your help and cooperation, we feel sure that it will be
successful.
