Congratulations to Sierra Snow for representing BCS at the Daughters of the American Revolution Good Citizens Program.   She was recognized at a special presentation held at the Central Library.  The requirements for this award are for a senior to demonstrate the following characteristics:  dependability, service, leadership and patriotism.
