1. When you access a web page, click on anything underlined OR 2. If your arrow turns to a pointing hand, click your mouse! 3. Use your BACK button (look at the top tool bar for an arrow) to return to a former screen. 4. If you click on an underlined word and nothing happens, click your Stop button and your Back button. 5. If you find a site you like, click on "Bookmarks"or "Favorites" and "Add" so you don't have to remember the long address. 6. If you type in a web address and you get a message that the the page cannot be displayed, check to be sure you typed in the correct address. If you did, the site may no longer exist. Click your Back button and try another address. 7. DO NOT click on anything that says "You're a Winner!" 8. If you find yourself on a page that is undesirable and it keeps opening more pages, press and hold down the CTRL key and press the W key. |
