Departure from BCS: 5:40 p.m.

*Fee will apply to morning transportation riders. No fee applies if you currently pay for afternoon only or both ways transportation.

Parental Consent: I give my permission for the above-named child to ride the BCS late bus route for 2025-2026 school year. I acknowledge that I am responsible to pick up my student(s) from the drop-off location, 11205 SR-70W, Bradenton, Florida (East Stop) OR 10508 US-41 N, Palmetto, Florida (North Stop). I understand that my student is required to complete the daily sign-up for permission to ride. I give consent to allow the BCS transportation staff to administer any first aid or seek medical attention if necessary. I authorize BCS to charge my FACTS account and agree to pay the charges in full each month.
