Our Annual Fund is set up to keep our tuition affordable for families and to help those families that need some extra financial assistance. Our amount to raise this year is $400,000. Please prayerfully consider being a part of our efforts to raise this amount and know that every gift, whether small or large, makes an impact for our students! You may donate anytime throughout the year. Bradenton Christian School Fiscal Year runs August 1 – July 31.

We invite you to volunteer or participate in our events and fundraising efforts at BCS. Take a look at our opportunities to purchase a Brick of Honor, help with Grandparent’s Day, be part of our Mom’s in Prayer group, and more. Auction

Saturday, November 4, 2023

On Saturday, November 4, 2023, BCS will host the 39th BCS Family Festival & Auction "Harvest Blessings" on campus in The Pentecost Athletic Center. It is a wonderful time of fellowship, food, and fun while raising money to help keep Christian education affordable!

At the 2022 Festival & Auction, God blessed our school as we raised over $140,000!

Golf Tournament

Friday, September 15, 2023

The Bouwer Cup Golf Tournament is a four-player scramble event that is held to support Bradenton Christian School. The Bouwer Cup is a Waterford Crystal Trophy that is presented to the Gross Division Winners. The trophy is named in honor of Don and Marilyn Bouwer, and it commemorates the many contributions the Bouwer family has made to Bradenton Christian School and Panther Athletics.

Giving Tuesday

Globally and at BCS, Giving Tuesday is the Tuesday after Thanksgiving designated as a day to be radically generous.

At BCS, we also have matching funds where your gift will be matched 1:1 and your donation will go twice as far! Gifts of checks and online giving through our website during the Giving Tuesday time will be doubled.

As you go through Thanksgiving and into the Christmas season, we encourage you and your family to make a donation to BCS on Giving Tuesday to impact our school so we can ultimately prepare the hearts and minds of God’s children for service in God’s world.

Community Foundation Giving Challenge

April 9-10, 2024

Save the Date for the Community Foundation Giving Challenge and show your love and support for BCS! Please mark your calendars for this two-day event and we look forward to seeing how God does great things for BCS!

From 2013-2022, BCS has had over 3,000 people make donations to our Giving Challenges and over $900,000 has been raised! What a huge blessing the Giving Challenge has been for BCS.

Gala

The BCS Gala, ILLUMINATE! was enjoyed by all who attended!

On Friday, April 14th, 2023, the BCS Gala, Illuminate! was held. Our BCS Madrigals Group performed and our amazing student volunteers welcomed and served our guests. Our speaker, Bob Delaney gave us a peek at his undercover life and career as an elite NBA referee and how he is dedicated to help those with post traumatic stress. He encouraged us to DO and BE MORE. Cody Podor, class of 2008, hosted the night and shared how IT WAS BCS that was a vessel that led him to pursue a life of Christian ministry.

At this time, there is no gala scheduled for 2024 but there are many ways to get involved with BCS and help raise funds as we work to prepare the hearts and minds of God's children for service in God's world. God Bless.
