** For help with an educational, curriculum, admissions, financial, athletic, classroom, discipline, or other daily operational issue, please use the School Directory to contact the appropriate staff member. If you feel as though your concerns have not been addressed and/or warrants additional investigation, then please contact the board and include all pertinent correspondence.
For Complaints Concerning Personnel
* Complaints from students, parents, or members of the family association regarding an individual employee should be discussed first with that teacher or staff member, then with the principal or supervisor of the employee concerned. If the complaint cannot be satisfactorily resolved by such a conference, then the matter should be taken to the superintendent and, if necessary, the school board. This is the Biblical principle given in Matthew 18 and if followed, will ensure a good relationship and prevent someone from being criticized unjustly.
